20 March 08 VANCOUVER - MINISIS Inc has been working diligently on our newest application, the MINISIS Management for Records Application (M2R). With several months of design, development and prototyping completed, MINISIS is seeking clients who are interested in records management and would like to participate in this pilot project to see a new approach taken to record acquisition, retrieval and retention. The M2R pilot was announced in the last Mewsletter. Unfortunately, several clients did not receive their packages or received them very late. As a result, we have posted this message to alert potential partners that we have extended the period until March 31 for replies of interest. If you would like to know the details and requirements to participate in this exciting new initiative, please contact Nick Polychronopoulos at: nick[@]minisisinc.com. The automatic indexing and record creation in MINISIS from MS Office documents and files, meta data capture and integration into the M2A (Archives) repository are all interesting new features that all users will adore. The M2R application has been prototyped. Now, we need your input to ensure MINISIS's M2R application is a worthy, fresh and affordable alternative in the records management software marketplace. This pilot is a great opportunity to forge relationships with MINISIS staff and see your input reflected in our newest application. 20 March 08 Please be advised that on Friday, March 21, 2008 that the MINISIS Inc office will be closed for Good Friday observance in Vancouver. Any issues or problems should be sent to support personnel via email during this extended weekend for urgent matters. We apologise for any inconvenience that this day closure may cause. However, the office will re-open on Monday, March 24, 2008. 01 February 08 VANCOUVER - We would like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year and wonderful 2008! Also, the 2008 information packages containing the end of year MEWSLETTER (what's new at MINISIS and information on the latest developments and pilot projects), TSM (Technical Support and Maintenance) invoices and gifts have been sent out to all licensed users. Most users should receive their info packages by the first part of February. If you have not received your package by 15 Feb 2008, please contact us and we can look into the status of your package's delivery. Please note, that any questions regarding your TSM invoice should be directed to your dedicated marketing representative. Only registered users on the corporate user list with valid TSM from 2007 have been sent packages. Of course, if you are concerned about your existing TSM status or would like to reactivate or subscribe to a TSM programme, please contact Vancouver at any time for assistance. features |
